Images from the database can be used to support vocabulary instruction for the reading selection Ramona Quimby, Age 8. If teachers imported the images corresponding to key vocabulary terms using Kidspiration or Inspiration, they could then call upon students to generate sentences using the vocabulary words. Students in need of extra support could then listen to the computer read back the sentences.
